Return Policy
We promise all the products are brand new, and we make the return policy listed below:
(This policy is only for products sold by WeGee.us Sotre. If your order is from third party vendor, please contact the vendor)
1. If there is a faulty, customer wants to return the products.
(A) If there is a faulty, customers need to provide the picture to prove it. When we make sure that’s our problem, customers can return it with full refund or exchange it.
(B) If we send the wrong product to customers, we will pay for the shipping. If the item is out of stock, customers can return it with full refund.
(C) If customers can’t provide the picture with the “faulty”, returning it without contacting with us, or the faulty is artificially caused, WeGee won’t accept the return.
(D) If there is any problem happened during shipping, or the package got damaged, customers should reject signing in, we website will immediately contact with the shipping company in order to solve this problem. If there is any problem after signing in, we can’t do anything about it.
2. If there isn’t a fault, but customer wants to return the products.
(A) Besides the women bra, panty,used beauty products and food products, we accept the return within 7 days after received the package. But the customers need to pay for the shipping fees ( include the replacement shipping fee if needed). *The product must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, manuals, protective tape, the tag attached etc. Otherwise it will be refused.
3. Because the underwear is something that is very sensitive, we website have some other returning rules for the underwear:
(A) Bra and underwear returning without any fault:
(i) If there is anything wrong with the size, the costumers need to pay for the shipping fees, we website will exchange it with the same style and color. *The one size bra and underwear can’t be exchanged. There will be 2-3cm differences between the size because of the different textures and styles.
(ii) If customers want to exchange for the other styles or colors, customers need to contact the customer service to make sure the products aren’t broken. Then customers can exchange it with paying for the shipping and $5 extra for each product.
(iii) If customers want to return the product, customers need to contact the customer service to make sure the products aren’t broken. Then customers can return the products with paying for the shipping and the $5 handling fee.
(IX) If there isn’t any picture provided, directly return the bra and underwear without contacting with the customer service, or the product is broken by manual, we website won’t accept the return or exchange.
(X) If there is any problem happened during shipping, or the package got damaged, customers should reject signing in, we website will immediately contact with the shipping company in order to solve this problem. If there is any problem after signing in, we can’t do anything about it.
*The on sale product can only be returned or exchanged within 3 days after received the package.
3. [The Time of Return]
– If there isn’t a fault, customers should return it within 7 days after receive the item. If there is a fault, customers need to contact the customer service within 24 hours after receive the item. There isn’t exception for past due day.
4. If we doesn’t have the product that customers want to exchange in stock, we will give a refund.
5. There are also some conditions that we have the rights to reject the customers returning or exchanging requirements:
(A) Customers want to return or exchange the products past the due day.
(B) There is fault with the product, but customers don’t want to provide the evidence.
(C) Customer didn’t fully return the product. (such as missing package, accessory, and etc.)
(D) There is something damaged artificially, washed, or other artificial smells.
(E) It’s not our products.
(F) Refusing to pay for the shipping after shipping the products to our company.
6. About Accept and Signature
(A) If there is anything wrong with the package, please take pictures and contact us, we will contact the shipping company and ship a new one to you as soon as possible.
7. Returning and exchanging process:
(A) Customers can contact with our customer service by using email or directly click the “return service” button on the website. If there is fault, customers need to provide the picture and discuss it with the customer service representative.
(B) After the customer representative making sure there is a fault, customers need to ship the products to our address within the due day. Please go to our website, please make note of order number and put in in the package.
(C) We received the returning product, representative will send the product to the center for a test.
(D) If it fits the returning and exchanging policy after the testing, we will return or exchange the product. If it doesn’t fit the policy, we will return the original product.
(E) Return is accepted within 7 days after the buyer receive the item. (Excluding contrived damage or misusage). All product will be tested in 100% before delivery. Buyer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for exchange of a new one.All shipping charges for returned or replaced products are to be paid by the buyer, and for the returned products we will charge 15% restocking fee. Please contact us for the return address.

*OTHER VENDOR PRODUCTS RETURNS:
If the products are sold by other than WeGee vendors, please read description or contact Vendor to check out if they accept returns.
*SPECIAL ITEMS RETURNS:
We sell a wide variety of products, some of those products we don’t accept returns due to product properties or manufacturers reasons. Any products we don’t accept returns, we will put very clear and high light notes in the description. Please read product description very carefully before place an order.

“WeGee” online shopping platform is one of the selling website, there is also a huge number of orders from other retail stores. If the “out of stock situation” happened, we are pleased to do the full refund to costumers. We also provide the “pre-order” service for our limited edition. We apologized for the inconvenience.
How to return:
Login your Voguish1.com account and go to "order history", and click on "view" of which order you want to return. You will see a "return" button in the order page. Fill out all information in the return page, the merchants will process your return request in 24-48 hrs.
